I had to wait a little the first time I was there but it was worth the wait she was very nice and I loved my haircut. I even got my eyebrows threaded for the first time! It was so painful I was screaming but she thought it was hilarious so that made me giggle... So I was screaming and giggling at the same time... my eyebrows looked beautiful after :-)

Paid for permanent eye-liner on both upper lids, 2 days after I realized one of my eye lids has no ink on it. Called them to get an appointment to get it fixed, she said its normal I can go for touch up for additional $. I told her there is nothing to be touched up, it needs a re-do... poor customer service. I checked other places "touch-ups" are included in the original price as they know the ink might fade...

Rude and unwilling to correct a mistake they made. Do not go here! I have no idea how they have any costumers at all!

I went in only wanting to slightly enhance my natural eyebrow, I specifically asked for natural looking eyebrows (I even showed a picture of my eyebrows when I draw them in, I never went past my actual eyebrows), I did not want to look like I had a tattoo. Unfortunately, I came out with an over exaggerated arch that goes past my normal eyebrow. My eyebrow is now thin in the tail of the eyebrow because it was plucked/cut... I made it clear this was not what I wanted.. My eyebrow doesn't connect.

I've had a haircut and partial highlights done and my experience was excellent! Leila took her time and has done a meticulous job. I was pleased with both the service and the results. I bought a discount coupon and was a bit leery as I've read that other salons would demand extra for long hair or a toner. Well, there was none of that and I can honestly say that I would recommend this salon to friends and will come back. Both Leila and her husband are very friendly as well.
