Just a few comments since the merge it definitely has s different vibe and not in a good way. The original staff were amazing and went beyond the call of duty. Doctors are great lacking in the front staff. Maria and Terri are great I never feel like I’m a number and feel rushed. Maria took the time to help us and convinced us to get the deal and buy a second pair. Thanks some of the other ladies should take tips from her.

Ever since they merged with other Optometrists into the same building you can never get thru, either you leave messages three days in a row before you get a call back or the phone line and fax line rings busy all day. If there were another alternative in Terrace I would switch offices.
