Salesmen are very pushy to get you to buy a car, and have no interest in your needs, they will say anything. They told us the car had certain safety devices fitted that we wanted, showing us that these had been checked on the inspection sheet, but something didn't feel right. We followed up with our own research and checked the build records on the car. It was never fitted with any of the safety items they had told us it had!
