My 85yr arthritic mother went into emerg. however a frazzled nurse yelled at her and tossed medical items on the bed for my mother to do which her hands cannot pick up. The nurse informed her that she had no time for her at all. My mom was upset and went home in tears. If an emergency came in, tell her it may take some time but dont treat her like this. I am glad a friend was with her.
