For the past fifteen years I have been shopping regularly in Home Hardware in downtown Parksville for many different things including ordering items through customer service. The store has excellent customer service with people to help find whatever you need. I have never had a negative experience only a positive one. My dog has also been welcome inside the store on occasion. I enjoy shopping locally because of the service in stores

Worst shopping experience I've ever had. Hadn't even made it 2 min before I had been approached by the owner/ manager BILL . Whom I've heard about through other shoppers who had also experienced his poor customer service skills and his ignorant profiling of customers shopping in his store. His judgement is unjust and he'd be better off herding cattle rather than attempt to properly manage a store.
