Worst moving experience ever - and I've had a lot of them. Luigi didn't even have the courtesy to call and apologize when his movers didn't show up, leaving me stranded with a rental truck to unload.

I have used Homex Movers since 2012 and have found Luigi, Antoine and the guys to be very professional, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. I moved in December and it is not the best time to move. They wrapped all my furniture and belongings in plastic so it would not get wet. It was too late in the day to take to my new place so they took my belongings to storage and delivered it the next day. Thank you Luigi, Antoine and the boys for the excellent service and having a great sense of humour.

We recently hired Homex Moving to help us moving to our new house. It was totally a pleasure experience! Luigi and his buddies are on time, efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Homex to my friends and will use their service again for sure in the future!

Outstanding Movers!

Luigi and his guys were extremely professional, efficient and personable throughout the entire move. Their use of eco-friendly, reusable blue plastic bins made packing easy and stacking efficient. The generous use of blankets to wrap art, TV's and fragile furniture eliminated any chance of damage. I would highly recommend Homex to anyone making a local move and I will definitely use them the next time I move!!

The worst experience we've had with a moving company! We hired these guys to move our belongings to their storage unit for a few months. Upon moving into our new place our furniture arrived damaged and dirty. They've lost all of our cookware, and to make matters worst, they suggested that we were pigs and that everything was dirty to begin with. They also accused us of lying about our missing cookware. To anybody that wants to hires these guys, beware and make sure that you have a list of all yo

The movers were polite and wrapped my items with care. My mistake was storing my items with these people. Items of mine went missing; stolen I presume as I noted how several of my bags were unzipped, and several of my belongings showed up at my new home smashed to pieces. I have hired Homex for several moves now over several years and haven't had a problem until now. I have not been offered any compensation or even an apology. I will definitely not be doing business with this company, again

We hired Homex to do our move on the recommendation of our realtor. We downsized from a house to a condo and Homex did the packing, a move to self-storage, and another move to the condo. They also arranged for cleaners and rubbish removal services. Luigi and his crew couldn’t do enough for us. They were on time, nothing was broken or damaged and they did everything they could to smooth the transition, all at a very reasonable cost. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

We have hired Luigi and his crew when downsizing from a house in New Westminster to an apartment in Vancouver. You can imagine how much work it's involved in such a move! Luigi and his team have been the best! So professional and careful with our stuff while been so cheerful and friendly. Luigi has even fixed a piece of furniture for us that we found to be defective. We have recommended Homex to our family and friends next time they need to move and we recommend them to you. You won't regret it!

Homex movers are reliable, professional and delightfully friendly. They arrived when promised and the move was completed in the estimated time. Everything arrived at my new home safe and sound without one scratch; they treated my belongings as if they owned them. The movers also took great care not to cause any damage walls etc. In all respects a flawless move. What more does anyone want from their mover? I would recommend them to anyone looking for a low stress move. These folks are awesome!
