Went in for an early piercing. She almost pierced through cartilage on my lobe. She got the gun stuck in my ear and pulled on it several times without asking if I was ok. The whole experience was horrific. I have experience with body modifications, and this was the worst experience by far. It was supposed to be a simple ear piercing.
Highly recommend seeing Roz for any services she offers, especially brows! Roz has saved my eyebrows from terrible situations that i’ve put them in, lol. She is the ONLY person I will ever trust to work on my brows. She is very funny, very talented and very friendly. You won’t regret seeing her!!
Worst experience!!The girls working there were sweet but the blonde older one was brutal! This woman should NOT be working with the public, let alone with people who are paying for a relaxing enjoyable experience. She spoke so rude the whole appointment and also snapped at me when I asked the girl to clip not file my toes because she was slicing into another toe. Charged more then the website said, Honestly there isnt enough space here to explain how bad it actually was :(
Well needless to say I am writing a bad review. False advertising in pricing and double booked twice. Cost on website for gel removal was $20 and she charged me $30.. and both times I went in for my appointment she booked me with someone else at the same time. I had to wait and come back to get my nails done. And then she made me feel bad and told me it was me that was making her look incompetent.
I’ve had many services done here... nails, pedi, waxing, facials! Cozy place. I felt comfortable here. The staff is friendly and professional. I have visit several times. Thanks ladies!
I will never go back here. The blonde lady doing my nails was rude and snappy, and was filing my nails so hard she sliced a big gash right into my finger which bled a lot. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to be gentler. Awful service and very uncomfortable experience. She still charged me full price despite making my finger bleed. Receptionist and dog were very pleasant.
If you want to get a bad cut go see Sue, she will also make you feel overly welcome by being rude and bad mouthing other salons. Nails are chunky, I would rather have let my 3 year old do my nails.
