Staff was a half an hour late, I had booked a week in advance for a mini pedi, just french tips, was told to leave and go for a coffee. Staff finally arrived, didn’t wash hands and immediately started cutting off all my nails. Was about to do a gel mani. French tip polish didn’t even last a night. And was charged full price.
