Their website offers no details about prices or products and nobody at the office is able to answer basic questions. I called 5 different times throughout the day and each time a different person answered the phone, then transferred me to sales, and every time it went to voicemail. All I wanted to know was how much alarm monitoring costs. I would not deal with a company that handles potential customers this poorly. Imagine how they'll treat someone who is locked into a contract!
horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. it takes phone call after phone call to get what you need to get done. it took 6 to 8 weeks to have security certificate emailed to us for insurance purposes and then 3 and half months to get someone to come and install CO and firealarm. no consideration of your time at all
