After searching high and low for a great repair man for my Limited Edition Mark Ecko watch I found these very nice couple at William & Sons jewelers, I was worried at first that they could not fix my watch band but after spending a few moments there they were able to find the pieces needed to fix my watch, very very happy with quality of service here and I would definitely bring my watches in for services at this location and I highly recommend you do too. Excellent service, friendly people. I came in to get a new battery for my watch thinking I might have to leave it for a few days however, the owner replaced the battery as I waited. Thank you
