Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

We were in emergency mechanical problem and it was thanks giving day long weekend ! driving from Vancouver on Friday Oct 8/2021 toward Kamloops, our Range Rover stopped in highway 5 between Merritt and Kamloops, we had to tow it to Jay's Service in Kamloops, paying $370 to tow truck , when we got to the Jay's shop, it was closed but we could talk to him in phone and ask him kindly to help us and we will pay double to him because we are in emergency, He accepted to fix our car in the weekend whic

I broke down on a Sunday, and was so thankful for Jay's! CAA informed me due to Covid they would tow my vehicle but it was up to the driver whether or not I was given a lift to the shop.. I was broken down on a high mountain highway. Jay assured me that if they would not drive me, someone from Jay's would pick me up. From the first phone call Jay was so helpful and accommodating! They prioritized my repair to try to keep me on my timeline and get me to my destination safely. Highly Recommend!!

A huge thank you to Jay for helping us when we broke down and didn't know what or where to go! Our car broke down 35 km outside of Kamloops with our 2 children and thanks to Jay and his son, we were up and running the next morning. He replaced our alternator and made sure our car was good to continue the rest of our drive home. He shuffled his very busy schedule and squeezed us in as he sincerely just wanted to help us get home. We got home safely and our car ran great - THANK YOU JAY!
