Ran us out of propane twice last winter. Then changed our account to will call, without being instructed to do so!!! Just stopped sending us a bill for no reason at all. I finally got that straightened out and they started to send us a bill via email. Sometimes i would receive it other times nothing. Spoke with the lady in the office several times when she claimed I had not made a payment when I had! Basically had to prove to her that I had made a payment and never once got an apology from her.
