Cafe La Foret

Today, this restaurant made me sucked! Did you know why? There had two reasons: the first one was I preordered my food at 12:14 pm and waited 【the order machine never ring！】35mins to ask for my food! The lady always told me “next one will be yours”! Ok! Fine! I saw that most of the people ordered after me and finished their food! Until 1:15 pm, I still didn’t get my food! I came to the front and asked! One minute later, the lady just smiled and said: “Sorry, you can have your food right now!”！

The atmosphere is undoubtedly beautiful & trendy, and their baked pastries are typically well done. However, today we ordered the new sausage platter for breakfast and was awful. The potatoes, toast, sausages and eggs were ice cold, & the “sausages” were little cuts pieces of not breakfast sausage- but a hot dog, a hot rod pepperoni and garlic sausage. Service is always mediocre but lacks friendliness. I think they’re trying to go for a dark roast for their drip coffee, but it tastes overbrewed

I was unfairly charged a HIDDEN 18% of tip amount to my bill. Unethical and disrespectful manager and service!

Really Cool, totally unassuming cafe. Everything is baked fresh and food is fantastic. Does take a while and sometimes there's a huge line during peak hours but totally worth it.
