Could someone in your office respect the client's preferred name, instead of arguing. The East Indian woman was so rude, and had the nerve to walk away after I told her not to argue with me about my name. So unprofessional and so disgusting attitude. Learn how and when to keep your mouth shut, for things that are none of your business.
Intake person is another story. No customer service at this clinic at all.
Terrible---wish I could give negative stars. I went with my wife this morning for an ultrasound, and I did not get to see anything because I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN (even though I was told at the door and later at the reception that they would let me in for the last 5-10 mins).
When I complained I was given the excuse that it was my wife's fault because they ended up doing a transvaginal ultrasound because she didn't drink enough water (of course it's her fault). Actually the lady explaining this to
The receptionist making the appointment is extremely rude. It literally took my 5 seconds to find my care card number and she gave me a big sigh.... She also did not give me any options on appointment at all. I am honestly shocked that this attitude still exist in this world.
My wife and I went there yesterday for ultrasound for our baby. The chinese lady was rude, unprofessional and impatient. My wife told me that the lady kept complaining that the baby was moving around in her womb making it hard to do her job. Any questions my wife and i asked her, she would tell us to talk to our family doctor. At the end of the session, she printed out 4 identical ultrasound images of our baby which is super blurry.
Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. Seriously cold and unprofessional
