Terrible service, poor management. Will choose a different store next time.

Highly disappointed that how this store handles customers in the mobile section.The centre staff at the mobile section has forgotten that what respect means and fair treatment to customers. Being treated unfairly in the mobile section of the Metrotown BestBuy. Waited in the line for more than 20 minutes and other customer came in before me and was attended immediately. Demand respect and fairly treated when handing over hard earmed money. Bought laptop and mouse & both turned out defective.

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs
