This company: 1) sent me 2 packages of software when I ordered one, 2) billed me twice despite sending it back, 3) didn't charge my credit for more than 10 months after the purchase date, 4) called me more than 20 times in 2 months to fix their mistake (including 2-3 times a day for 2 sold weeks), 5) let my disability grant expire, 6) still charged me the full amount (1800 dollar, more than my tuition) and 7) says that NONE of this is their responsibility.
