I went to this salon when it was located in Sumas. I enjoyed the cut and booked a second appointment. However, the next cut was done by her new assistant. I told the manager that I booked with her and that I was not satisfied with the subpar cut I received. The owner told me to come back the next day. She recut my hair pulling at my roots. I mentioned it to her and she said that it was the only way to get the precise cut I wanted. My roots and and scalp were sore for a long time!!!!
