Simply irressistible authentic New York style pizza, right here in Abbotsford, B.C. We hand make all our pizzas. We start with the dough made with our own sourdough starter. Then we hand stretch the dough on our wooden pizza peel. The ingredients we use are fresh and purchased from local farmers and suppliers. The pizza is then charred in our ovens that reach an optimal cooking temperature of 700 degress. Our sauce and Italian sausage is all made in house.     If you have ever wanted to go to New York just to eat pizza, your dreams can now come true! You can eat authentic New York pizza right here in BC ... Abbotsford to be exact. It is a bit of a drive from Vancouver, but well worth the trip. This little pizza joint serves up the most amazing pizza. This is thin crust pizza, with top quality ingredients. Every detail is carefully thought out... from the sourdough crust and tasty sauce, to delicious meats and cheeses, and finally to fresh basil finishing it all off. This pizza is New York at its best! If you are ever out in the Vally or really, just want to take a drive to get great pizza, this is THE place to go! Highly recommended!
