Over my stay here has been quite pleasant. Me and my roommate have experience little issue with anything and if there ever was a problem the landlord would send other a utilities man the same day. They have a pool during the summer and a great community. If your a college student looking for a good price that"s close to campus Southwinds is the place to be.
