The management is horrible, the people aren’t that great and the service sucks. The one manager told me to suck it up and take what I got they got my order wrong.
Service was OK here. That being said ,however, in future please to check that the correct change and food items are correct. I stopped by today to grab a takeout order.
It was 2:30 P.M. I ordered for 3 people. When orders were brought back to work,
the items were wrong. Instead of 3 big mac meals, there were 3 hamburgers and fries.
On second occasion, the order was for 3 McDouble meals. The items were correct. The change given was wrong (cash given $40.00, cash received 6.00)
Our servant this morning was William, what at amazing young fellow.Friendly kind , helpful amazing skills in customer service. Smile on his face is priceless. I hope he is treasured by his management, cause he is an amazing team member.
Consistently the worst mcdonalds food I've had. Place is clean and service is fine but the food is almost always gross. Squished old hamburgers with thumb imprints and ketchup on top of the bun. Old dry nuggets. Bad even for a mcdonalds
