I received the WORST customer service at Weir Veterinary Clinic today!!! Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment for my puppy's shots. Drive 45 mins to arrive on time for my 9am appointment. Despite the fact that restrictions have been lifted, I have to call when I arrive and wait outside the clinic until someone comes to get my dog. It is 27C outside today. Wiers Vet clinic took a gamble when they allowed me to charge my best friend as well as his thyroid tablets. Now my Sooky has passed they were willing to let me charge his creamation which will take a couple of months but I will soon Thanks to this clinics understanding and care.
I would recommend weir vet to ANYONE with a pet! They are amazing there! I honestly can't find the words to express how caring and awesome the staff is!
Can't say enough good things about this place. Super knowledgable staff, treat the animals great, and are extremely flexible to fit your needs. My dog went in for a simple abscess removal which turned out to be a bullet lodged in his head. Upon successful removal and minimal cutting/scarring, they also gave me a cheaper price than what I was originally quoted for just the abscess removal (which was a 30min procedure, they ended up spending 3-4 hours on him). So nice to see a place that doesn't gouge owners, I would have easily paid double anywhere else. Great staff that genuinely care about the animals. I have dealt with them for 2 years now since I got my dog and I wouldn't take him anywhere else if someone paid me.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgable they answer any question great with my animals, they have always gone above and beyond, its always been my first choice when it comes to my animals
