I get appropriate information and turnaround on tires and mechanical work. Best service, best price, best advice; friendly, knowledgeable, polite staff. I have used the Medicine Hat/Redcliff location also. Consistent service and it is the same no matter the location but my favourite is Kal-Tire, Parkview Mall, south Lethbridge. I have used them for about 8 years.
I went to Kal Tire with a nail lodged in my tire. They informed me that it was not fixable and I would have to order another tire in. 5 day later they realized they had ordered the wrong tire, and the right tire was going to take at least another 10 days. Frustrated as I would have to cancel my weekend plans (for my Mother Birthday), I phoned OK Tire who was able to repair my tire that day (no need to even order a tire)!

The customer service is hit or miss. It took almost 4 hours to get my snow tires put on. They don't allow to make an appointment to have your tires rotated. Definitely will not go there again.
