Absolutely the best auto repair and maintenance shop in all of Lethbridge! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I went in today because my check engine light was on and within a few short minutes, April had put my mind at ease. They are honest and will not get you to have services done that are not necessary. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Big Al's is a place you can trust to us that is huge. We dropped our dealership (16 years) and are choosing Big Al's...why...TRUST...paying for something you do not need is getting to be horrible out there, with Big Al's they did not charge us and told us there is nothing wrong with the car when the dealership said otherwise expecting us to pay over $800 for a simple leak that was not present!
I hope to be with Big Al's for the remainder meaning for life, yes, they are that good thanks BA!
