Do not take your dog here. I boarded my dog for a week. He went there healthy and clean. He returned ill and requires antibiotics. He also returned with feces all over his back end and surrounding fur. In the survey one of the questions was would I like a call about my dogs stay there, I put yes, did I get a call, no.
Creekside has been a lifesaver for our dog and our family. We have two young kids and found that we did not realistically have the time to give our dog the exercise and socialization to let him develop as he should. Charlie was wrecking the house and being aggressive to other dogs but since we have been day caring at Creekside he has calmed right down and comes home tired, calm and happy. He is also now just brilliant with other dogs and has grown into a real asset with our kids. Two thumbs up.
Shame as there was so much that should have been right about this kennel. Bad experience for us and our poor girl. Have tried to contact them 2-times... via phone and email. No response.
Want others to know that having a vet onsite does not mean your dog's health is in good shape. I have a $418 vet bill and had to cancel summer plans at the cabin with friends from out of country to care for our girl.
