Was there today with my chocolate lab, she had hurt her ears to the point of bleeding and she was shaking them so hard that the blood would spray. Was told that they closed at noon and there was no way the vet could see her and to try somewhere else. This was at 11am. Will never take another pet of mine to such an uncompassionate animal clinic. Scares me to think how they might treat animals when the owners aren’t around. I rated on star cause you have to, not that they deserve so high of praise
I feel like they are not for the animal but rather the money. I took my dog there and for $300.00 they said that they could not tell what was wrong. I could bring her in the next week for $875.00 for more testing. This is the 2nd time that they have done this. They also said that they wanted to deworm her when they had already done this 4 months prior. She is never left alone to roam and is on a strict diet. Extremely unhappy with this business. I would definitely not recommend this place.
I use these guys all the time, i find my vet very helpful and great with my dog, he gets really personal with the animal, and you can tell that enjoys helping animals.
