Toytech is the best! Brought in my imported Toyota Hilux and the folks at Toytech helped me source parts, and in general, were very kind and generous. They even let me keep my truck at the shop for a few extra days because I wasn't able to come and pick it up immediately. 5/5 stars! Definitely going back to this shop!
Wonderful experience, I was told by another auto dealership that I need a $2300.00 repair. I decided on another opinion. I called Toytech and made an appointment. I got excellent service and everyone was very friendly.
They put my car on hoist and checked it out. The Mechanic came back to say my car was in excellent shape. No oil leak as the dealer had said. I have decided now I will go to Toytech for all my future repairs.

Toy Tech has serviced my Corolla and then my RAV 4 for some years now. Excellent and honest service every time. Today my last minute request to have my winter tires put on was squeezed into their busy day by Issac. I had foolishly decided not to bother changing from my all-season tires this year when a sudden need to drive to the mountains in -40 C/F quickly changed my mind. Thanks Toy Tech.
I’ve been going to Toytec Auto Parsons Road for the past 8 years. They are top notch mechanics and always take time to explain everything about the service they have completed. I trust them and have never felt that I got anything but examplary customer service. Toytech on parsons road is the absolute example of excellent customer care. They always put the customer’s best interest first. My little Yaris and I Thank you for looking after us . You’re all awsome .
They saved me a 2500 dollar repair that I did not need. I went to them for a second opinion. They took time to listen to me about my issue and fixed it on honour alone. They will have my business for all my Honda needs in the future. I will also be recommending Toytech to my friends and family.

If I could give it a worse review - I would. I dislike reviewing stuff online, but I felt an obligation to alert fellow Edmontonians and Albertans.
I bought a BMW 2003 4.4i X5 for a great deal. Brought it to Toytech to get an inspection done and replace some parts.
- they billed me 7K for total "repairs"
- after the "repairs" they broke the exhaust...and denied fault.
These guys are nothing short of crooks. They lack incompetence + trust.

Outstanding, knowledgeable, honest service. I have many friends and family who have had a positive experiance at Toy Tech. The owners are great and reasonable and Mike at the front is helpful and friendly.
Very Positive experience. Talked to Mike regarding getting timing belt done on a 2007 Odyssey but with my parts. They were willing to do the work. Got them to install a new thermostat but it was located on the other side of the engine. Only charged me for the amount of time it took to replace it. Workmanship was excellent. Final bill was cheaper base on what I got them to do. I have been referring them to my relatives, friends, and co-workers. No surprises and they are very honest.
There are so many places to take your car. So how do you pick a place? Well first and foremost, the customer service experience. Also you need to trust that your vehicle is going to be looked after properly, professionally and honestly. Their rates are fair and their workmanship is awesome. If you don't want the fear of being told you need things you don't need and charged for stuff that wasn't done, then Toy Tech is the place you want to take your vehicle.
