I ordered a coffee today, I asked for 3 cream and 4 sweetener in a xlg cup. When I got home I opened it and had a sip. It was 3 sugar and 4 sweetener. Like how does that even happen?! I know I ordered it cause I could see what they punched in on the screen. I could have added cream when I got home but the sugar ruined it for me. I have type 1 diabetes so that is why I ask for sweetener. I am never drinking Tims again! To spite it being my fave coffee! I never have this problem anywhere else!
