in the evening I give this location 5 stars hands down. but in the morning going through the drive thru has to be the absolute worst service. not only do you get cut off when ordering through the speaker. once you reach the window you have 3 people one handing you the coffee, another whatever breakfast food you ordered and another one asking for method of payment. all that being said if they were polite I'd be fine but they're not and then when you drive off and take a sip of your coffee it's definitely NOT what you ordered. I really dislike morning staff and for that this location will always be a failure for me in the morning. if there was another location closer to me where I wouldn't be late for work in the mornings I'd be there hands down! I'd give it a 0 star rating if that was an option!!!!
