Quick service for a key cut, but they didn't match the key style at all. Very disappointing. I asked for 6 keys to be cut and they didn't think to ask me if a different key style would be okay. One of the keys getting copied was a hex head that they cut three triangular heads for. I won't be back (unless it's to have them replace the keys they already made for me at their cost) and I won't be making recommendations.
Deceitful and dishonest! Had these guys fix a stuck lock on a residential building. They "fixed" it, but couldn't tell me how much it cost until I gave my credit card #. Once they had that, they charged a large amount, but didn't send an invoice. The "fix" failed within a week, and when they came to fix it again, they charged me again! After the second fix failed again, I called a different company, and they showed me that Dial had reused my old parts even thought they charged for new parts.
Conveniently located to downtown with friendly and helpful staff. We discovered an old safe in a late relative's effects that we couldn't get to open and they showed us how to work the mechanism at no charge.
Dial Locksmith has provided my family with consistant reliable service for the past 10 years. We have on several occassions locked ourselves out of either our vehicles or home ( always in the middle of winter no less) Dial emergency service has been fast and reasonable rates. We have also purchased our business and home fire safes from Safeworld also apart of Dial . We would highly recommend Dial and SafeWorld for any security issues.
