Had a set of slings that the tag went missing. Dropped slings off to be tested and re-tagged. 6 weeks later this was still not done. Called multiple times and could never get an answer as to when they would be ready. Finally just picked them up and took them elsewhere. Would not recommend for repairs unless you have no timeline on when you need it back
