Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat

Bought my Charger Scat Pack from them! What a mistake! Still fighting with them to get the damage caused by them fixed, it’s been a year! All the management team from my purchase has since been fired! That says a lot!

They added approx $1500 worth of extras without my consent. Said they would refund the money. 5 months later numerous emails, phone calls and text messages didn’t solve the issue. I went in to confront them and recorded the conversation. They addmitted to forcing these add ons onto customers regardless if they asked for them or not. Only after I wrote to AMVIC, BBB and numerous rating sites did they return my phone call and reimburse me. Buyers beware!

When I purchased my vehicle I was promised 2 yrs worth of oil changes. I repeatedly asked for them to write on the paperwork but they reassure me it would be fine. I had to register me car myself with Chrysler because that was never completed and now when I'm ready for my second year of oil changes (first year was still covered under previous owners warranty) they say it's not noted anywhere. Even worse all the employees that I dealt with are all gone...how convenient!!!
