Bully Food Truck welcomes you to their establishment. They are conveniently accessible by public transit. The neighboring area is notable for its merchants, restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Payments by MasterCard and Visa are recognized.
Bully Food Truck is one of my favourite food trucks in Edmonton. They’ve been around since 2012, and have been doing it right. AAA Alberta Beef, pork and bacon, topped with their signature six-cheese Bully Mac? Sign me up for that. This is what they call their Bully Bomb and it does not disappoint. Along with the Bully Bomb, they also have sliders, burgers and more!
Once the snow has melted, the food trucks come out, and Bully Food Truck is someone I don’t want to mess with. They serve up some of the best street eats, and they’re about as casual as it gets. A few favourites of mine are the Bully Mac & Cheese and the French Quarter Burger, which is, hands down, the BEST non-traditional burger I’ve ever had. Imagine a Cajun pork burger wrapped in smoky bacon, topped with peppercorn sauce, a four-cheese blend and homemade pesto – it will take you to flavourtown, as Guy Fieri would say!
If you’ve never tried their famous Bully Mac, now is your chance. They’ll serve their version of mac and cheese, which is baked with six different kinds of melted cheese. They will also offer one of their other most popular items, the Philly Beef. It’s AAA Alberta beef brisket rubbed with organic Doi Chaang coffee. It comes on soft bread and is covered in onions, peppers, Bully cheese sauce and aioli.
