Tues-Sat We Open At 7am And Close When We're Done,
Had my dog groomed a few months back and they did a terrible cut. Little tufts of hair sticking out all over. When I voiced my concerns the next time I was in, they refused to do my dog and said I was abusive. Bringing up and issue apparently is abusive and they can't handle bad comments about their work. A few months ago their debit machine wasn't working and would only accept cash. Funny how they are still using that story...and they can't seem to put a sign in the window...cash only??
I took my bichon to have a groom and she come back not looking good at all! I told her a #7 cut on legs and back. It looks like she was scalped! I ask for a rounded bichon look and got a mess! I dont understand why she did this if she is so experienced. Wont be back and am spreading the word!
I have been taken my senior American eskimo for over 10 years and have always been very with happy Sharon and her staff. The most recent apt I had I asked Sharon how he was because sometimes my dog could be as little cranky. Sharon had said his temperament was fine but she was a little worried about his cough because he has chronic bronchitis. I was very touched by her concern for my dog.
I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I get there and they are closed for Canada day!!!! My appointment was for 9am today. A phonecall to cancel would have been splendid!
Have had 3 sets of Pomeranian mix dogs over the last 15 yrs or so and this crew has been great for us. I also had them groom my Maine coon cat for 4 yrs in the past. They really try to accommodate me as much as possible. My animals have never come back any more stressed than the grooming itself causes. They missed clipping their claws once which I didn’t notice until about a week later so I didn’t say anything but I’m sure they would have done they had I brought the dogs back
Terrible service. Took our dog there a few times and each time he came back cut up in one way or another. This last time he came back with cuts on his face and ear. When we called asking for an explanation, they not only failed to apologize, but they tried to say he must've done it to himself at home! Absolutly terrible service.
Sharon and her staff are great! I have recommended them to many friends and anyone who asks! Sharon has been grooming for over 25 years or maybe even more and has done an excellent job with each and every dog, puppy and cat that has gone through that door! She knows her stuff and I would never take my dog anywhere else! She is the best in the business!
Avoid this dog grooming place. They are so terrible and unprofessional . We took in a terrier mix dog we had for grooming here. They shaved her to her pink skin and trimmed her face to look like the face of a monkey. It was so embarrassing waiting for the poor dogs fur to grow back but the worst was putting up with the monkey comments. The staff is obviously untrained here and have no clue what they are doing. This place takes the Joke Award for calling themselves Dog Groomers.

we are sorry you were not satisfied with the grooming on your little dog but as often in the case of neglect we did in fact have to shave your little dog down to the skin. In future to avoid this type of haircut at one of the many fine facilities in edmonton you should try to get your dog groomed minimum of once every two months.
