on Thursday we called Coyote Courier to pick-up an envelope to deliver to High River by Noon on Friday. Friday Noon, our clients calls us advising no delivery from CC as promised! We called CC, left v/m. They return our call late Friday advising that they had tried to deliver the envelope twice and no one was there. Strange! we had conversed with our client several times that day. Monday, still not delivered to destination. Left v/m! No reply! Still waiting for explanation! Never again.
