My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. I had my sienna repaired at this place recently,same as before they did a good job. I also just realized this is the same shop I had my other cars repaired 10+ years ago, back then they were a mile south of their current location. Definitely will go back if have other car need fix.

Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. The time and labour spent finding me a good used transmission is impressive and saved thousands if I would have bought a new one from the dealer. Happy with the process and the end result.
