Videogenic is not reliable at all and we do not recommend him. No one should be hiring this company as he just takes your money and doesn’t deliver the product. We hired Videogenic to provide video services for our wedding in 2019. We paid him 80% of the money before the wedding. He showed up to all of our events to capture the video but still haven’t given us the videos for our wedding. He has stopped answering our emails and calls but is still responding to other clients.
