I don't know where to be begin.... What a nightmare!! It's been just over 2 weeks since taking delivery of my new 'stuff'. Half of it showed up when it was supposed to. I am still missing night table and lucked into getting my bedsheets only because the delivery guys had an extra item after their last delivery and were nice enough to drop them off that evening. Afterall, what can you expect when they do not use anything like a waybill or anything that I can verify against my invoice to confirm
the brick is the worst store to shop at. they lie to customers. i was told that I would sign the liability form after the delivery is made, to ensure there is no damage during delivery. They showed up and said they wanted me to sign the liability release form before delivery because if there is damage they don't want to be liable. They claimed it is due to the ceiling. I told them that the ceiling is standard height in every home. They refused to deliver until I sign. I refused. Worst service.
Absolutely horrible service they take your money and after don't care. we spent over 10,000 on purchasing items for our home and the everything was delayed and they don't even have a curtesy to inform you their is more delays on the original frame you are given, they want you to sign a waver when you get items delivered stating they take no responsibility if they damage your house! I had to escalate it to management which got me no where.. Horrible place to purchase furniture quality & service

Very nice people and very easy to deal with. Purchased a dining set 3 days ago then found that it went on SALE after picking it up yesterday. Did the live chat with a customer agent, they gave the store phone number, called the store and told them exactly my issue and got refunded for the price difference. No hassle at all.
They suck, simple as that! I have never been treated like this ever!! Terrible customer service and delivery was a complete joke!
