I love the taste of their Falafel, it is perfectly balanced taste, the oil it is cooked in, encourages the balance of taste, not too nutty earthy taste, not too over emphasized in the spices. I have traveled to 38 countries, including several Middle Eastern regions. That is where I fell in love with the typical middle eastern foods, such as Hummus (Variteis), Falafel, Cous Cous, Tabouli, and a few others. being able to bring it home makes it very affordable to enjoy often in my retirement budget
