THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
They have had my rings for four weeks; I dropped them off on November 10 and was told I would have them back within 10 business days, I received and email letting me know that it would not be ready until Dec 4 (far exceeding 10 business days). Dec 7 I still have not received my rings or any information on them, when I call to ask about them I never get a call back and all I hear is how it is someone else fault, when I ask to speak to a manager they are always "off" for the day.
