From the time I walked in I was helped by a sweet hearts in the morning an was kept informed on how things were going an the sweet hearts on in the evening are just as good very good service all around thank you for everything that you’ve done
This was to be my second visit to Nugent. Engine light came on and Western Star said wait 4-5 days. Had work, could not wait. Newest, Justin, said bring it in right away! They diagnosed and fixed the electrical issue and I was on the road again! Can't say enough about these guys, professional, honest, and just a company I can count on. Don't know about nay sayers, but I can't say enough good things about this crew. Take your truck there and just know your in good hands!
Have a very bad experience got my truck to the service to fix it and now its the 3rd time I went for the same reason and still didnt fix it Im loosing alot of money and service is not good
They lie. Make you stay up all night and you wait for them to call. They call close to midnight to tell you the work is not done. I am upset. This is the third time bringing the truck to them. Thousands of dollars later and the problem is still there. I have to report this business to the BBB.
Very please with the service. Got me in during the cold snap and got my unit repaired and back to me in less than 2 days.
I was very reluctant to take my truck here based on some of the reviews. But being an out of town Freightlliner owner where else do I go? Well I can say my service experience was excellent! For such a large shop I still felt like a somebody. The lady that help me at the counter was very polite and professional. The service manager was very knowledgeable. When I was asking questions about the required repairs on my truck, he was more that happy to take the time explain everything. Great job
Worst communication and staff I have ever Delt with in my life!!!! Never again will I buy a freight liner!! Service management is rude they lie there inconsiderate they tell you your trucks being in being worked on when no one is even pulled into the shop. They call you back and tell you after it being in their shop for 10 to 12 hrs. that they can get it in today come pick up your truck after you put your truck down from work for the day to get work done on the scheduled appointment.
I would suggest new buyers to Check again if they are getting what they have paid for on the day of delivery. Just three weeks ago I’ve purchased a 2019 Cascadia from this location I did not negotiate for a single dollar every required document was provided to them. When I got the delivery of the truck it was already driven 4200 km. Yet I was not given any kind of a discount.
The service here is a textbook case study on how NOT to do business.. Lies, overpriced, massively over promising and grossly under delivered... Go someplace else!!!

New west truck center (freightliner)in Calgary is the worst dealership I have ever delt with. May 05 dropped a valve and destroyed a piston took them 25 days to fix and locate parts. The only reason it was completed in this time frame was because I had to locate the piston kit. Took weeks before i finally figured out that they were just trying to order stock from detroit and not treating it as a truck down. Sept 28 still waiting on detroits towing coverage... Not because there is no coverage but because the service is horrible and it seems like they could care less if you get the coverage. Buyer beware your truck is only as good as its dealer no matter what model truck.. Do not buy a freightliner if you are planning on having new west as your main dealership!piston took them 25 days to fix and locate parts. Extremely disappointed with the service at this particular location. My new truck suffered an injector problem and it was repaired. Then, once again it had a injector problem and my truck was in the shop for over a month. Even after "fixing" the problem and passing it on the road test, my driver immediately noticed something was wrong with the truck, when he took it back they concluded it was a filter problem and charged me accordingly. No one notified me it would take so long. Bad Service! :(
