Terrible experience. $149 for a service call, which doesn't include anything but that!!! That doesn't even come off your labour! This should be disclosed when you book a service. When I pointed this out, the rather snippy woman told me it was my responsibility to ask. Are you kidding me???? It is always disclosed when you book a service for any kind of repair in your house! I guess they don't tell you because who in their right mind would book a service with this company for that price!!!
