Jiffy Lube

tried to upsell some kind of oil additive tried to tell me my level was low. I checked before I went in. It was a total lie. when I said no he was ticked off and proceeded to sit in his chair on his phone. did not do one check of anything. just drained the oil refilled and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Just seemed real sleazy.

Doug was amazing. He talked with me a lot. Let me know what I needed for my car without being pushy. They got my oil change done quickly and then helped me when my battery died. He gave me actual advice for things my car needed with a realistic timeline without trying to get me to spend hundreds of dollars right away. I will be coming back to this location for all my oil changes and any other service they offer! Just amazing service.

Store manager Michelle is very professional and friendly and I would continue to get oil changes at this jiffy lube. Michelle did not try to upsell any extra unnecessary work. Being thorough she gave recommendations on what services should be done from the inspection she conducted.

By far the best Jiffy Lube I have gone too. The service is amazing and quick the service advisors at least chat with you and enjoy getting an oil change. They checked my cabin air filter which I didn't even know existed. Highly recommend using this one and very reasonable pricing.
