We recently used Jadestone through our cabinet maker and were very dissapointed in their level of customer service. Many many errors and shoddy workmanship. We were always told we were on their priority list after each error and then they'd drop the ball again and not follow through. Wrong sizing, gouged cabinets, chipped quarts, very dirty after installs with little or no cleanup. Would never ever use this company or recommend them in any way.

Absolutely awful. First, they sold the slab we'd put a deposit on. We were under a time crunch, and had picked something in stock, but they gave it away. We had no choice but to pick something else that wasn't what we wanted. When the install came, they had cut the island countertop six inches too short. They also forgot all the backsplashes. And didn't cut the right holes for the bathroom counters, so the faucets couldn't be installed and we have no running water in the bathrooms. List goes on

In a nutshell, we’re closing in on a month’s time since the template person first visited. Throughout we’ve been made to feel like wereinconveniencing the people we’re paying, and we’re still counterless.
