Daughter was here visiting from Aussie. The zippers in her leather boots were broken. The boots looked very worn and sad. Took them in but we sure didn't think there was any hope. They were expensive boots so worth repairing if possible. We couldn't believe how beautiful they were when we went to pick them up a few days later. They looked like new! And very reasonable price! A true craftsman!

Absolutely the rudest Customer service I have ever experienced. Never open when the store says it supposed to be open and when I asked about it the guy just shrugged at me and said come earlier while he was talking on the phone and turned and walked away. I have come here before but will never bring anything to this man again. He doesn’t deserve my business or yours.
