Bought a very expensive engagement ring from this shop, only to have one of the diamonds fall out after about 6 months a week before the wedding. Called the shop to see about repair, answering machine says store closed until after wedding. Had to have the ring repaired and diamond replaced at another shop at our expense. Field a complaint with BBB, shop owner called my wife screaming at her for getting in touch with BBB and said we should not have filed complaint, we refused to talk to owners
Two years ago this file was opened and closed by the BBB. This complaint was presented to the BBB, who investigated, deemed the complaint unfounded, and the BBB closed the file. My future husban...
My future husband just bought me an engagement ring from there. It is absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with us. I couldn't have imagined a better ring . I would recommend this place to anyone.
These folks will take care of you; this store is absolutely amazing!!! My experience was one I will never forget. I have bought from many jewelry shops over the years; however I have never seen quality like Fleetwood bring to the market.
